wow! i want a whale tattoo like that Cowboy in the coverart!! Downloading right now on itunes :-D *I really agree with Johny on the lack of console RPGs. It sees like everything comes out on the DS. And let me add to that....WHHHYY does Nintendo refuse to do a REAL console version of Pokemon?? I've been waiting for that since N64. I enjoyed the red & blue ones back in the day on GB. I think the closest you're ever going to get to a console Pokemon game are the Colisseum games on the Gamecube. As much as I am not a fan of the series in general, I do agree that they should at least try and do one and see how it fares but I think the reason is that those games sell no matter how similar they are on the handheld and I think they won't do nearly as well on consoles because you can just play it easily on the go. |

Love the long episodes. Used to not like them for a while when I was dying for some free time, but now that I have plenty I love them. Funny how selfishness works lol. I got to get some of those mberries. |

Johnny mentioned the beautiful girl who was really insecure. Perhaps it's not so surprising, I was listening to another podcast last night called the "Mental Illness Happy Hour", and the host (Paul Gilmartin, a comedian, not a professional therapist) suggested that this might be due to how often girls, especially beautiful ones, are told about how pretty they are as a child. As they get older and enter their teens, they probably hear this less and less often, and start to become self-conscious about their appearance. "If I was pretty, and people aren't telling me about it as much anymore, am I no longer pretty?". This might not even be something they're consciously thinking about. It goes back to how our culture tends to worry more about the attractiveness of women than men. Something to think about I suppose. |

Great episode and great guest. My only disappointme is that the awesome background music was missing from both the Love Talk and Gaming Piece Theater segments. Oh well, still enjoyed the episode immensely
